Florian Pasiecznik has been interested in the weather for nearly 20 years. Over the years, his interest in this science only grew and he subsequently devoted all his time to it. After a scientific baccalaureate followed by a degree in Geography and Regional Planning in Metz, Florian was hired in a meteorological study office.
In 2011, he founded Météo Lor’, which became an association in 2013. Through this structure, followed by more than 42,000 people, he provides local content to inform and raise awareness of the various meteorological risks. This involves holding information stands and raising awareness of meteorology, particularly during the world's largest gathering of hot air balloons near Metz.
Interventions with the various media are also part of his activities, always with the aim of providing local weather information.
His studies allowed him to refine his knowledge of meteorology and climatology but also to train in risk management. Florian is also interested in the impact of climate change on the environment and more particularly its consequences on the agricultural world.
